DX is a concept advocated by Eric Stortermann of Umeå University in Sweden with the definition that "the penetration of IT will change people's lives for the better in every way."

 

I have witnessed the current situation where the conventional DX support has fallen into "DX tiredness" as a result of tending to introduce superficial digital tools, neglecting "what is the transformation for?"
